Pretty pale pink. Check. Fruitful but delicate. Check. Dry and refreshing. Check. It does all the things and for a very fair price from premium fruit in a premium region. This was tasted early, and it will flex a little, and to its benefit, but the sapid dryness is very engaging, set against pristine notes of tart cherry, strawberry, rose and cranberry. There’s an appealing savouriness to this against the exuberance of the ’23. It’s very good and exceptional value.

Pale coral pink colour. Raspberry and red earth on the nose. Cherry fruit, touch of sage and earthy undertones all add character but the acidity is a little coarse. Medium length with a sweet and sour character to the finish.
