2025 Jester Vermentino
Crisp and vibrant with lemon citrus and curd, white and yellow stone fruit, apple, pear, papaya and pineapple. Mineral flint and hints of straw meet with a lacey sherbet acidity which flows through subtle saline texture, leaving the finish mouthwatering and moreish.

2025 Jester Pinot Grigio 
Lovely fruit generosity and soft, succulent acidity provide for a deliciously balanced Pinot Grigio. The fragrant bouquet of fresh Buerre Bosc pear, Jubilee pineapple and yellow peach aromas join with citrus, golden delicious apple, poached pear, hints of cardamom and soft herbs on the palate, closing out with a silky smooth finish.

2025 Jester Sangiovese Rosé 
This 100% dry rose is fruitful and crisp with delicate spice notes and fine mineral textures. Fresh and wild strawberries, tart cherry and beautiful floral perfumes flow into a crunchy, bright and succulent palate, adding juicy raspberry to the aromatic fruits, with fine sherbet acidity for a mouthwatering and refreshing finish.
