Lifted scents of white peach, strawberry, fuji apple and rosa moschata. Light to medium-bodied, dry and textural. Fresh and vibrant flavours of white peach, mandarin, strawberries & cream, with a subtle herbal edge.
Our Sangiovese is hand harvested at sunrise and transferred directly to the winery where the grapes are destemmed, crushed and pressed immediately off skins, to keep the colour to a minimum. The juice is then fermented at a very cool 10°C for two weeks until it is completely dry. Once ferment is complete, the wine is stabilised and filtered before bottling.

Located in close proximity to the Gulf of St Vincent in the Whites Valley area of McLaren Vale between Willunga and Aldinga. The heavy clay here promotes strong growth in spring but dries out and cracks in summer, pulling back vine vigour as they approach veraison. The coastal location also allows sea breezes from the Gulf of St Vincent to mediate daytime heat during the critical ripening period.
