Glera, otherwise known as prosecco. This is good drinking. The higher acidity from a leaner harvesting window, mopping up the dollop of residual sugar across the finish. A confluence of Granny Smith, baked golden pear and citrus granita. A gently peppery, frothy and effortless flow.
